Job summary

Rite Rug, a leading flooring distributor for over 90 years, is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our growing team. You will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and safety compliance to ensure accurate, on-time distribution of products.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of warehouse supervision experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with WMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with flooring or building materials is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and ensure accurate shipments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
• Ensure orders are pulled, packed, and prepared for delivery or customer pickup on time.
• Monitor warehouse workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating warehouse personnel to meet operational demands.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
