Qualifications

• 3+ years’ related job experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand Blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move components and equipment as required.
• Willingness to cross-train and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Pack and unpack items for stocking on shelves, stockrooms, or storage yards.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses or storage areas.
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects and report issues.
• Receive and count stock items and record data.
• Mark stock items with identification tags or labels.
• Verify inventory by comparing counts to records and investigate discrepancies.
• Distribute materials to customers or coworkers based on requisitions.
• Provide assistance to other stockroom or warehouse workers.
• Dispose of damaged or obsolete items or return to vendors.
• Keep storage areas clean and compliant with safety regulations.
• Maintain records of inventories, prices, shortages, and shipments.
• Determine proper storage methods based on turnover and environment.
• Compile and review data from contracts and orders to assess needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of products and processes.
