The Washoe County School District is seeking a Warehouse/Storekeeper to perform a wide range of storekeeping duties including inventory control, ordering, receiving, and recordkeeping. Candidates should have 3 years storeroom/warehouse experience, leadership duties, and a Nevada driver’s license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock records, evaluating needs, placing orders, inspecting deliveries, and reconciling purchases with budgets.

Qualifikationen

• Education: equivalent to a HS diploma.
• Experience: 3 years of advanced journey-level storeroom/warehouse experience, including lead duties.
• Licenses/Certificates: Valid Nevada Driver's License (or ability to obtain).

• Maintain stock records; conduct physical and perpetual inventory.
• Evaluate stock levels, shelf life, space needs, reorder, as necessary.
• Place supply orders; communicate with vendors, service providers, and district staff.
• Inspect incoming deliveries; verify against orders and invoices.
• Maintain accurate purchase, account, and inventory records.
