Job summary

WHBM is seeking a Support Associate to manage back-of-house and sales-floor inventory, ensuring smooth replenishment and alignment with brand standards. You will handle shipments, move products from the stockroom, and maintain stockroom organization while delivering a warm, customer-focused experience.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inventory in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to assist both customers and team members.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes including intake, storage, and ticketing of merchandise.
• Keep stockroom organized and accessible for staff and customers.
• Ensure new products are properly merchandised on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Assist with restocking, price changes, and signage to reflect brand standards.
• Support store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, and customer experience.
• Deliver a welcoming, hospitality-focused customer experience and collaborate with the team.
