Job summary

WHBM is seeking a Support Associate in Katy, TX to manage inventory and support both back-of-house and sales-floor activities. You will process shipments, move products from stockroom, and ensure everything stays in its designated place.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach to replenishment and merchandising. Responsibilities include restocking, price changes, maintaining an organized stockroom, and updating floor sets and signage to reflect brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Ensure stockroom is organized and easy to navigate; restock and price changes as needed.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner and update floor sets, signage, and displays.
• Maintain a visually inspired store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with executing visual directives and contribute to a positive team culture.
