Job summary

White House Black Market in Huntersville, NC is seeking a Support Associate to keep the store running smoothly on both the back of house and the sales floor. You will manage inventory processes, process shipments, move products from the stockroom, and ensure everything is where it needs to be.

You’ll uphold brand standards, contribute to a positive team culture, and deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects our hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Regular attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Restock products and apply price changes.
• Maintain an inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, window changes, signage.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
