Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Part-Time Task Team Outfitter to support store operations and health while delivering legendary customer service. The role focuses on non-selling tasks before opening and may include direct customer service during open hours.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and about two years of retail experience, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with planograms and price changes. Bass Pro offers part-time benefits described in the store materials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of experience in retail or merchandise flow preferred.
• Ability to review and implement planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Experience using replenishment systems and price change workflows.
• Strong communication with sales staff and leadership on replenishment and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in replenishing all sections across categories (Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts).
• Support inventory variance counts and display integrity with Inventory Control.
• Execute temporary/permanent price changes with tagging and signage.
• Perform recovery tasks: folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging merchandise.
• Support visual merchandising and planogram execution across departments.
• Assist omni-channel fulfillment during peak periods.
• Provide exceptional customer service during store hours.
