Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations and health of the campus. The role concentrates on non-selling tasks during overnight hours to free Sales Outfitters for legendary customer service and selling opportunities.

The position requires the ability to work overnight shifts, high school diploma or equivalent, and about two years of retail experience. It offers part-time benefits and opportunities to contribute to merchandising, inventory, and pricing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock across departments including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.
• Assist with inventory management and on-demand counts with Inventory Control.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging and signage adjustments.
• Perform recovery tasks such as folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging.
• Support visual merchandising, fixture updates, end caps, signage and resets as needed.
• Assist planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
