Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Support Associate for store operations in Charlotte, NC. You will manage shipments, move products from the stockroom, and ensure inventory accuracy while upholding brand standards on the sales floor.

In this role, you’ll support store leaders with visual directives, price changes, and signage placements, all while delivering a welcoming customer experience and contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and reliable attendance.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes and ticket merchandise for replenishment.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised on the sales floor promptly.
• Execute restocking and price changes efficiently.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist leadership with visual directives, floor sets, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused hospitable experience and support teamwork.
