Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Support Associate for our Coconut Creek, FL store to manage inventory and support both back-of-house and sales floor operations.

You will process shipments, restock, merchandise, and maintain brand standards while delivering a hospitality-focused customer experience. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to regular attendance to ensure coverage.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, storage, and ticketing of merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, window changes, signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting our culture of hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
