Job summary

KnitWell Group, a specialty retail operating company, seeks a Support Associate for Store 3327-Town & Country Village-WHBM-Houston, TX 77024. You will manage inventory, stockrooms, and floor merchandising to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You’ll contribute to a collaborative team, with flexible parts-time hours, including evenings and weekends, supporting WHBM brands and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to regular attendance to ensure coverage.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, storage, and ticket merchandise for replenishment.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised on the sales floor promptly.
• Restock products and update price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, and signage placement.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting hospitality.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
