Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a friendly Stock Associate for our Cranston, RI location. You’ll help run store operations, process shipments, stock the floor, and ensure the sales desk stays organized to deliver a smooth shopping experience.

You'll greet customers, maintain inventory and price accuracy, and support store leaders with daily tasks. Flexible availability, strong organization, and excellent communication are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create positive experiences.
• Uphold visual and operational standards with a customer focus.
• Prepare the store and backroom: process shipments, stock the floor, organize merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
