Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Support Associate to manage inventory processes and support store operations at Store 3016-South Park-WHBM-Charlotte, NC. You will work both on the sales floor and in the back of the house, ensuring merchandise is efficiently handled and presented to customers.

You will contribute to a positive team culture, maintain brand standards, and assist leadership with visual displays and stock management to keep the customer experience seamless.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor promptly.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist with visual directives, floor sets, window changes, signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience and uphold hospitality culture.
