Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Inventory Value in Seattle to drive strategic roadmap for the Inventory ERP Stock Ledger system. The role combines product leadership with cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams in a hybrid Seattle environment.

You will own AI-enabled inventory value initiatives, guiding MVPs, prioritizing the backlog, and delivering measurable business impact through analytics and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, retail systems integration preferred.
• AI agent or agentic product ownership in production, with use-case definition and measurement of impact.
• Strong ERP system design, data architecture, and stock ledger management knowledge for retail operations.
• Ability to set a multi-year roadmap and thrive in evolving requirements and ownership.
• Experience leading discoveries and delivery across multiple engineering teams to MVP.
• Capability to measure and improve processes with data-driven analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to align engineering, finance, and inventory ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inventory Value product roadmap and backlog for ERP Stock Ledger integration.
• Collaborate with business/technology teams and SaaS providers to deliver impactful solutions.
• Conduct research, synthesize market and internal insights to guide product decisions.
• Apply AI and automation to inventory value workflows, including anomaly detection and intelligent routing.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and communicate results of the feature portfolio in production.
