Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Inventory Value in Seattle. The role combines hybrid work with in-office responsibility at Nordstrom's corporate headquarters, requiring a minimum of four days per week in the office.

You will own the product strategy for the Inventory ERP Stock Ledger, shaping a multi-year roadmap and leading cross-functional teams to deliver value for customers and the business.

Formación

• 7+ years of product management experience, retail systems integration preferred.
• Proven experience owning AI agent product vision, roadmap, and measurements.
• Strong ERP, data architecture, stock ledger, and cloud SaaS knowledge.
• Ability to set a multi-year product roadmap amid ambiguity.
• Experience leading discoveries and delivery across multiple engineering teams.
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure and improve processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across senior stakeholders.
