Job summary

Nordstrom is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Inventory Value in Seattle. You will own the product strategy for Inventory ERP Stock Ledger, lead discovery and backlog, and collaborate with business and SaaS teams to deliver cloud-based solutions.

You will drive AI-enabled processes, measure outcomes, and report results to executives, while guiding a multi-year roadmap and ensuring customer value across channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management (retail systems integration preferred).
• Proven ownership of AI agent or agentic product, from use cases to roadmap and success metrics.
• Strong understanding of ERP system design, data architecture, and stock ledger management in retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery, roadmap planning, and backlog prioritization across engineering teams.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with business, technology, and SaaS partners to deliver impactful solutions.
• Measure outcomes, communicate results, and align stakeholders from engineering to executive leadership.
• Apply AI and automation to inventory value workflows, including AI agents and data quality improvements.
