Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Long Term Temporary Inventory Traffic Analyst for our client, a US fuel distributor, in Linden, NJ. Role is 5 days in office with 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm shifts, 1 hour lunch. Start ASAP; duration up to six months. Pay up to $25/hr.

Responsibilities include tracking inventory movements, maintaining records in Excel, validating variances with third-party inspectors, and generating operational reports. Strong Excel/Word and attention to detail required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of administrative, clerical, data entry, or office support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and meet reporting deadlines.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily product inventory records and update Excel spreadsheets.
• Verify inventory variances with third-party inspection companies and report discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute customer inventory reports.
• Collect and organize data for daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
• Assist scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments as needed.
• Prepare routine correspondence, emails, and reports.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and other office documents.
• Provide general administrative support to terminal personnel.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

This role is 5 days in office with working hours being form 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm with 1 hour of unpaid lunch. This role will start ASAP and last for up to six months. The role pays up to $25/hr.

• Maintain daily product inventory records and update Excel spreadsheets.
