Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring a Data Entry Clerk in Mt. Prospect, IL to manage inventory and temperature data for our controlled‑temperature supply chain. The role requires 1–2 years in data entry or related fields, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP or inventory software.

The position is full-time and on-site in Mt. Prospect. The ideal candidate will input accurate data, monitor sensor logs, and support shipping documentation and compliance efforts daily.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, warehouse operations, or supply chain logistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using inventory management software or ERP systems
• Proven attention to detail with low error rate when inputting data
• Strong problem-solving skills to flag anomalies like temperature spikes or missing batch data
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse office environment (may involve brief entry into refrigerated or frozen areas)

Responsibilities

• Log Temperature Data: input and monitor temperature sensor logs and related metrics
• Track Shipment Inventory: enter SKU numbers, batch IDs, expiration dates, and quantities into the WMS/ERP
• Verify Shipping Documents: audit bills of lading and warehouse logs for discrepancies
• Maintain Compliance Records: keep meticulous regulatory records
• Coordinate Logistics Updates: communicate with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and drivers for real-time updates
