Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Chicago is seeking a warehouse associate to record materials and fill customer orders while following safety standards. Pay is $20.50/hr with a Monday–Friday 2PM–10:30PM schedule and physical work including lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities include verifying deliveries, recording shipments, processing orders, and reporting damages. The role requires basic math, reading instructions, and adaptability to temperature and noise levels in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Proficiency with computer systems used for inventory or order processing may be required.
• Comfort working in cold storage or warm environments, with appropriate PPE.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and maintain safe handling practices.
• Work schedule may include weekends and varying shifts.
• Ability to tolerate variable noise levels in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Review load and batches delivered to verify material quantity and type.
• May write tickets with quantity, material type, truck number, location and time.
• Report amounts of materials transported and received.
• Record amounts of items received or distributed.
• Weigh or count items to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Report damages and claims to inventory control.
• Arrange stock parts in order for assembly by others.
• Process inbound/outbound orders safely and accurately.
