Loopy is seeking an Inventory team member in Griffith, Indiana to manage day-to-day inventory operations. The role reports to the Inventory Manager and requires attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Position offers benefits and a schedule Monday to Friday with potential overtime during peak season. Training and cross-department opportunities are available, with weekly pay and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to sit, stand, move and perform repetitive tasks for prolonged periods.
• Basic math skills for counting and reconciling numbers.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

Job description

We’re seeking an inventory team member to add to our incredible team at Loopy. Pay: $16 per hour

Function

Our Inventory team is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the inventory department and keeping relevant departments supplied with product. This role reports directly to the Inventory Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Receive inventory with a high level of accuracy
• Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
• Support Fulfillment with necessary stock levels
• Maintain organization within overstock
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products, processes, and procedures, both within the department and the company handbook
• Communicate with team, trainers, leads, and upper management as necessary

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to sit, walk, bend, twist, reach, use hands and fingers to perform continual tasks for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Basic math skills for counting and reconciling numbers
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Willingness to learn additional responsibilities to support other departments
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven and works well independently or with a team
• Ability to accept and utilize constructive feedback
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Cycle counting and inventory audit experience preferred
• Purchase order receiving and reconciliation preferred

Schedule

• Monday-Friday from 8:30a-4:30p
• Must be available to work an average of 40 hours a week
• Flexibility to support weekend workload as needed
• Ability to work OT during peak season
