Loopy is seeking an Inventory team member in Griffith, Indiana to manage day-to-day inventory operations. The role reports to the Inventory Manager and requires attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Position offers benefits and a schedule Monday to Friday with potential overtime during peak season. Training and cross-department opportunities are available, with weekly pay and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to sit, stand, move and perform repetitive tasks for prolonged periods.
• Basic math skills for counting and reconciling numbers.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive inventory with a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Support fulfillment with necessary stock levels.
• Maintain organization within overstock.
• Stay up-to-date on products, processes, and company handbook.
• Communicate with team, trainers, leads, and upper management as needed.
