Job summary

InnoSource is seeking a Storeroom Clerk to support a Fortune 500 client by managing inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and assisting shipping and receiving in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a Monday–Friday night shift from 11:00pm to 7:00am. You will work closely with purchasing and operations software and participate in regular team meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalence (GED).
• Experience in a relevant work environment/field.

Responsibilities

• Issues tools, equipment or parts to workers and maintains records issued and returned.
• Locates lost or misplaced tools, equipment, or parts.
• Receives, unpacks, and stores incoming tools, equipment or parts, and requisitions stock to replenish inventory.
• Inputs all required data into business operations software, purchasing, and receiving process requirements.
• Inspects and tools, equipment or parts for defects and wear and reports damage or wear to supervisors.
• Keeps all parts clean and orderly in the proper locations.
• Performs clerical activities as directed by manager.
• Participates actively in the weekly and monthly team meetings.

Join our dynamic logistics team as a Storeroom Clerk and become a vital part warehouse operations with our Fourtune 500 client! In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and supporting shipping and receiving activities.

• Monday - Friday: 11:00pm - 7:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Issues tools, equipment or parts to workers and maintains records issued and returned.
• Locates lost or misplaced tools, equipment, or parts.
• Receives, unpacks, and stores incoming tools, equipment or parts, and requisitions stock to replenish inventory.
• Inputs all required data into business operations software, purchasing, and receiving process requirements.

• May interface with purchasing, receiving, and business operations software; repair, service or lubricate tools and equipment; deliver tools or equipment to workers, manually or using handtruck; mark and identify tools and equipment, using identification tag, stamp, or electric marking tool.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, feel or reach with hands and arms. In some cases, the need to use a ladder, stoop, kneel, or crouch may be necessary.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
• The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. Work is typically performed in a factory environment and is usually very loud.
• In the factory environment, the employee may be exposed to hazardous materials and/or greasy or slippery factory floors.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Experience in a revelant work enviornment/field
• $18.39/hr
