Responsibilities

• Assign and prioritize daily IC workload (cycle counts, adjustments, serial validation, audits).
• Provide real-time direction to Inventory Specialists.
• Ensure coverage for critical reports (e.g., ADJ, compliance tracking).
• Monitor productivity and align with operational expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and escalate as needed.
