Pilkington North America Inc. is seeking an Inventory Lead to support daily inventory operations and supervise staff. You will coordinate tasks, handle shift communications, and ensure accurate cycle counts and documentation.

The role requires SAP experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team and independently. Overtime may be needed to meet audit requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and other Office apps.
• Strong attendance and reliability are essential.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist inventory and support manager with daily operations.
• Assign tasks and communicate shift needs.
• Run shift in supervisor absence and complete safety reports.
• Monitor cycle counts and file audit documents.
• Maintain SAP inventory adjustments and reports.
• Train temporary and full-time staff on inventory processes.
