Job summary

Insight is seeking an Inventory Team Lead for our Hanover Park, IL office to oversee daily Inventory Control operations and drive accuracy and compliance. You will lead cross-functional warehouse activities and act as the escalation point for process execution and discrepancy resolution.

• Ensure coverage for critical reports (e.g., ADJ, compliance tracking).
• Monitor productivity and ensure alignment with operational expectations.

About the role

As an Inventory Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily Inventory Control operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, driving compliance, and supporting cross-functional warehouse activities. We will count on you to act as the primary escalation point and provides leadership in process execution, discrepancy resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Along the way, you will get to:
