Job summary

WIS International in United States (Illinois) seeks a Retail Supervisor – Inventory for a part-time role. You will coach Inventory Associates, ensure accurate workflows, and travel to multiple retail locations to drive operational excellence.

The position offers starting wages of $20.00-$23.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within a diverse, supportive environment. Must be 21+, with reliable transportation and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years experience in Inventory or similar role.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and travel to locations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Resolve inventory concerns with District/Area Managers.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
