ADUSA Distribution is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead our campus inventory operations, develop supervisors, and partner across departments to ensure product moves safely, accurately, and on time.

This role requires a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong teams, and champions continuous improvement and lean leadership in a distribution setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience leading inventory operations and teams in a distribution/warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with WMS, RF devices, and voice-picking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day inventory operations, ensuring production, accuracy, and service standards are met.
• Lead supervisors and develop associates to deliver results and continuous improvement.
• Align staffing with inbound and outbound volume and collaborate with Transportation and campus teams.
• Champion safety, quality, and accountability across the operation.
• Drive lean initiatives and waste reduction to improve productivity and costs.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
