Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Contract Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end warehousing ops for our customers, coordinating daily activities in a busy distribution center. You will lead a team, ensure accurate inbound and outbound shipments, and maintain inventory integrity.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehousing with supervisory experience, plus 3PL and GxP compliance knowledge. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a dynamic global work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years warehousing experience with supervision.
• 3PL experience and GxP compliance.
• Experience with healthcare customers.
• 1+ years inventory experience including cycle counting.
• 1+ years of Excel experience; can enter accurate data and create complex spreadsheets.
• English fluency.
• Can work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates.
• Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel included, valued, and safe.
• Manage unloading of inbound shipments and the orderly stacking of product.
• Pick and stage outbound shipments following the highest possible levels of quality and productivity.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage and errors.
• Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that tasks are assigned and completed.
• Maintain product locator system, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Complete all necessary records and reports.
• Assure the integrity of the inventory and help conduct physical inventories.
