Multistack LLC is seeking a Corporate Inventory Manager to oversee the flow of materials, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels. You will lead warehouse staff, implement procedures, and work across departments to ensure timely production and service parts availability.

The role requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with experience in inventory management software and data analysis tools. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in inventory management, supply chain management, operations, or business administration preferred.
• Experience with inventory management software and data analysis tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing inventory management strategies and procedures
• Monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations
• Conducting regular inventory audits and reconciling discrepancies
• Forecasting demand and planning stock replenishment using historical sales, marketing insights, and internal forecasts
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of materials and components to support production and service parts needs
• Overseeing warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and supervising inventory clerks
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
• Preparing and presenting reports on inventory performance and trends
