Job summary

Stolle Machinery Company is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee accuracy, governance, and optimization of inventory across a high‑mix manufacturing operation. You will supervise Inventory Control Technicians and own the cycle counting, discrepancy investigations, and ERP data integrity.

The role partners with Receiving, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, and Shipping to ensure material availability, audit readiness, and continuous improvement in inventory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, materials management, or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand part numbering conventions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Inventory Control Technicians, setting priorities and evaluating performance.
• Own cycle count program, ABC classifications, counts, tolerances, and reconciliations.
• Review and document inventory adjustments to align with internal controls and audits.
• Develop and maintain ERP data integrity, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership review.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Production, Shipping, Quality, Purchasing, and Finance to ensure material availability.
