Job summary

Capacity of Texas Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead daily inventory control activities and ensure adequate material levels.

You will evaluate needs and implement strategies to meet them, drive accuracy through cycle counting, and oversee ERP-driven processes across the unit. Qualifications

• APICS knowledge with practical application in past roles.
• LEAN training with leadership experience.
• Experience with inventory management in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory planning, directing, and coordination at the unit.
• Ensure proper receipt of parts and equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and training.
• Use ERP to oversee locating, tracking, and repairing inventory.
• Oversee stock item master for correct descriptions and pricing.
• Adjust reorder advice using analytics.
• Maintain new, replacement, and obsolete inventory items.
• Monitor and resolve obsolete inventory issues.
• Provide regular updates to management on drawdown status.
• Drive accountability for materials teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead process improvements to meet business objectives.
