Job summary

Parts Authority is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to lead daily inventory replenishment, improve productivity, and ensure accurate records across our distribution network. The role focuses on supervising receiving teams, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating cross-functional workflow with shipping and inventory controls.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of supervisory experience, 1 year of inventory experience, and proficiency with WMS and RF technology.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years hands-on supervisory experience.
• 1 year inventory experience.
• Experience with WMS/inventory management system and RF technology.
• Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong customer relations and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high inventory productivity and efficiency.
• Direct and oversee inventory process to meet deadlines.
• Maintain staffing to accomplish receiving mission.
• Plan, train and motivate team members; monitor performance.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of material handling equipment.
• Develop crew leaders to supervise daily routines.
• Maintain equipment and safe shipping workflows.
• Assist in training new associates and in process improvements.
• Ensure cross-functional communication and timely data entry.
