Job summary

Cumberland International Trucks is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate parts movement, oversee daily warehouse activities, and support fast-paced service operations. The role emphasizes team leadership, process improvement, and accuracy in a dynamic parts environment.

Ideal candidates will have warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with internal departments to maintain efficient deliveries and inventories.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to analyze stock activity and identify discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Supervising employees responsible for receiving, storing, and processing cores.
• Leading team members in pulling, packing, and preparing outgoing shipments.
• Supervising parts delivery staff and supporting timely deliveries.
• Performing cycle counts and reporting results to Inventory Clerk/Supervisor.
• Overseeing outgoing shipping activities and ensuring shipment accuracy and condition.
