Job summary

Parts Authority seeks an Assistant Warehouse Manager to support the Warehouse Manager across operations, inventory, and logistics. You will lead warehouse staff, optimize routes and picking efficiency, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities include supervising outbound/inbound teams, coordinating with purchasing, and driving performance metrics to meet service goals for customers and stores nationwide.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and high-volume distribution.
• Strong emphasis on meeting inbound/outbound productivity and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reports and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager and oversee warehousing, logistics, and inventory management.
• Supervise outbound/inbound managers and maintain productivity metrics.
• Plan routes and optimize deliveries between hub warehouses and stores.
• Develop and enforce picking goals; supervise staff and staffing plans.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with DOT/OSHA standards.
• Support budget considerations and cost-control with leadership.
