Job summary

Retail Services WIS Corporation in Green Bay is seeking a part-time Retail Inventory Supervisor to coach teams, ensure accuracy, and travel between locations across the Green Bay metro area. Starting wage ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour.

You will manage inventory processes, follow a consistent workflow, and support district and area managers while delivering reliable customer service and training. Flexible scheduling and paid training are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Ability to travel to retail locations.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen may be required.
• WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Resolve inventory concerns with District and Area Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
