Job summary

Vesta Home (dba Showroom Group) is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to own inventory health across inbound, putaway, counts, returns, and bin-level accuracy. You will lead a 15–20 person team, coordinate with shifts, and ensure proper storage and system integrity for next-move readiness.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse leadership, OSHA familiarity, and comfort with warehouse systems. Competitive hourly pay and opportunity for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience with direct team supervision.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and lead work from the floor.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and warehouse equipment protocols.
• Comfortable using warehouse systems and digital tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily start-of-shift meetings to align the team on safety, priorities, and workflow expectations.
• Oversee safe and efficient loading/unloading of furniture and staging materials.
• Supervise order selection, quality control, staging, storage, and organization of product.
• Flag discrepancies between system data and floor inventory to Inventory and Ops leaders.
• Maintain real-time documentation of product handling, movement, and inspection through system tools.
