Job summary

Carvana is hiring an Inventory Supervisor to lead a team in the Inspection Center, ensuring safe handling and timely processing of vehicles. You will monitor production targets, coach staff, and enforce quality standards to minimize rework and delays.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, clear communication, and adherence to safety and Carvana values. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated understanding of reconditioning processes and lean principles.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center to meet production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly inventory production targets.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; identify strengths/weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide coaching, development and performance management to team members.
• Create a collaborative work environment aligned with Carvana values.
