Carvana is seeking an Automotive Supervisor to lead a team at the Inspection Center, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. This frontline role involves coaching, scheduling, and coordinating with the General Manager to assess repairs and inventory quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience using computers and basic software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality goals.
• Oversee day-to-day team activities and coaching.
• Provide feedback and develop team members’ skills.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Review defects and decide on repairs or rejection of inventory.
• Train team on Quality Control standards and processes.
