Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor – Inventory in Boise. The role offers a starting wage of $18.00–$23.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling and paid training.

You will coach Inventory Associates, follow a standardized workflow, and travel to store locations while maintaining accuracy and strong customer service. Ideal candidates are 21+, have a high school diploma, 2+ years of inventory experience, reliable transportation, and a commitment to teamwork and professional

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required.
• A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
