Jupiter Power LLC, an energy infrastructure company focused on battery energy storage, is seeking an Inventory Supervisor based in Ann Arbor, MI. You will oversee daily inventory administration, coordinate procurement, and lead process improvements with a fast-moving O&M team.

The role requires 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in supervisory roles, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• High School diploma or GED accepted with relevant experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with 2+ years in supervision/management.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Set up new inventory warehouses and maintain stock levels.
• Lead procurement for Operations & Maintenance.
• Improve efficiency and resolve inventory issues.
• Execute sourcing for Operations & Maintenance.
• Assess supplier bids and support contract awards.
• Develop new sources of supply and monitor performance.

We are seeking an Inventory Supervisor to join our Operations & Maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration, coordination, and management of the responsibilities set forth below.

This role will be based out of Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up new inventory warehouses and develop processes and procedures to maintain the proper stock levels and accurate count.
• Will lead all procurement requirements for the Operations & Maintenance department.
• Inventory Supervisor will need problem-solving skills to come up with ways to improve overall efficiency and overcome inventory problems.
• Executes the sourcing process for the Operations & Maintenance department.
• Analyzes responses to complex bid requests, points out commercial differences, and makes succinct recommendations in selecting appropriate suppliers for contract awards.
• Develops new sources of supply and monitors ongoing supplier performance.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience
• High School Grad/ GED
• 5+ years of experience
• Supervisor/ Management Experience: 2+ years
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
