Job summary

Jupiter Power is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to join its Operations & Maintenance team in Ann Arbor, MI. You will oversee day-to-day inventory administration, coordinate procurement, and develop processes to maintain stock levels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years of experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles, and strong MS Office skills. You will wear multiple hats in a fast-moving environment and may work outside normal hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Five plus years of experience; two plus years in supervision/management.
• Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Set up new inventory warehouses and develop processes to maintain stock levels.
• Lead all procurement requirements for Operations & Maintenance.
• Improve efficiency and solve inventory problems.
• Execute sourcing for Operations & Maintenance.
• Analyze bid responses and recommend suppliers for contracts.
• Develop new sources of supply and monitor supplier performance.
