Job summary

Steele Brands Management LLC in Minnesota is seeking an experienced inventory planning professional to safeguard supply across two national brands. You will monitor on-hand inventory, forecast demand, and drive replenishment to avoid stockouts.

You will own distributor relationships, support menu launches and packaging changes, and build dashboards for leadership to view inventory risk in real time. Collaboration across Operations, Culinary, Marketing, Finance and suppliers is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inventory planning, demand planning, replenishment, distribution, or analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, data validation, and large data sets.
• Proven track record of proactive problem solving.
• Strong communication; brief executives and walk distributors through issues.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations, or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory health across distribution centers and restaurants — on-hand inventory, days on hand, inventory turns, and stockout risk.
• Build and maintain demand forecasts and replenishment recommendations using sales trends, seasonality, growth, and new restaurant openings.
• Own distributor relationships day-to-day, tracking fill rate, service level, and on-time delivery, driving issues through to resolution.
• Lead inventory readiness for menu launches, LTOs, packaging changes, and product transitions across both brands.
• Build dashboards and reporting that give leadership a clear, real-time view of inventory risk and performance.
• Partner with Operations, Culinary, Marketing, Finance, and suppliers to keep inventory plans aligned with the business.
