Job summary

Markwins Beauty Brands Inc. seeks a Sr. Planner, Customer Forecasting to own and manage customer forecasts, replenishment signals, and inventory positions for key retailers.

You will collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales, and Operations to align forecasts with production capacity and allocations. The role interfaces with Walmart, Target, Walgreens, and Amazon, building what-if analyses for promotions and launches, while monitoring in-stock and service levels across a large SKU portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, economics, data analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in customer supply chain forecasting, replenishment, or planning (CPG/beauty preferred).
• Experience working with major retailer supply chain teams (Walmart, Target, Amazon) preferred.
• Experience forecasting and supporting large SKU assortments (500+ SKUs).

Responsibilities

• Own customer forecasting across Walmart, Target, Walgreens, Amazon and other key accounts.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Commercial teams for prepack and promotional forecasts.
• Lead retailer interface meetings to review forecasts, in-stock performance, and service risks.
• Track metrics like in-stock, OTIF, and fill rates; escalate risks with recommended actions.
• Build and present what-if analyses for promotions, seasonality, or new item launches.
• Maintain dashboards and scorecards on forecast accuracy, bias, and event performance.
