Job summary

Tasty Brands is seeking a Sales & Inventory Planning Manager to oversee daily planning and replenishment across multiple segments, including Retail, Frozen, and Dry. You will lead 1–2 planners and interface with sales, logistics, vendors, and customer service to ensure product availability and data accuracy.

The role blends hands-on planning (40%) with managerial oversight (60%), requiring strong analytical skills and experience with ERP systems to drive process improvements and measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or replenishment in CPG or Food industry.
• 3+ years of managerial experience supervising planners or small supply chain teams.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, inventory management, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex operational challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day planning for 1–2 business segments (e.g., Retail, Dry).
• Maintain ERP data and ensure POs, production schedules, and inventory align with service goals.
• Analyze actual vs forecasted demand weekly; collaborate with sales on outliers.
• Monitor inventory performance; identify excess/obsolete stock and take corrective actions.
• Ensure timely replenishment to meet customer needs while managing working capital.
