Job description

Steele Brands Management (SBM) is the multi-unit restaurant management company behind two growing fast-casual brands, Crisp & Green and Puralima. As we expand into new markets and open new restaurants, we're looking for people who want to build something with us — not just fill a seat.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Inventory Analyst to own inventory health, demand forecasting, and distribution performance across our restaurant portfolio. You'll be the connective tissue between our restaurants, our distribution partners, and our internal teams — making sure the right product shows up in the right place at the right time, every time.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who's equal parts analytical and hands-on: comfortable in a spreadsheet building a forecast model, and just as comfortable on the phone with a distributor resolving a shortage before it hits a restaurant.

What You'll Do
  • Monitor inventory health across distribution centers and restaurants — on-hand inventory, days on hand, inventory turns, and stockout risk
  • Build and maintain demand forecasts and replenishment recommendations using sales trends, seasonality, growth, and new restaurant openings
  • Own distributor relationships day-to-day, tracking fill rate, service level, and on-time delivery, and driving issues through to resolution
  • Lead inventory readiness for menu launches, LTOs, packaging changes, and product transitions across both brands
  • Build dashboards and reporting that give leadership a clear, real-time view of inventory risk and performance
  • Partner with Operations, Culinary, Marketing, Finance, and suppliers to keep inventory plans aligned with the business
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory planning, demand planning, replenishment, distribution, or supply chain analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills — pivot tables, data validation, and comfort working with large data sets
  • A track record of spotting problems before they become problems, and following through until they're actually solved
  • Strong communication skills — you can walk a distributor through an issue and brief an executive on the same day
  • A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations, Logistics, Finance, or equivalent experience

Nice to have: restaurant, foodservice, CPG, retail, or multi-unit operations experience; experience with broadline distributors; familiarity with Restaurant365 or a similar ERP/inventory-planning system.

Why SBM

Join a fast-moving, growth-oriented company where your work directly shapes how two national brands scale. This is a role with real ownership — you'll help build the systems and processes as much as run them.
