Job summary

WHBM is seeking a Support Associate at Store 3211-The Shops at La Cantera-WHBM-San Antonio, TX. You will manage inventory, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing on the sales floor, while upholding brand standards and providing a welcoming customer experience.

You will collaborate with store leadership to maintain organized stockrooms, display fresh arrivals, and support visual directives that reflect our hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and empowering confidence.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to regular attendance.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, storage, and ticketing for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects hospitality values.
• Support a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
