Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in Mashpee is seeking a Stockroom Associate to receive shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and replenish the sales floor as needed.

You will scan deliveries, organize stock in the stockroom and off-site locations, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure availability. The role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds; full-time on-site with weekend availability for some shifts.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify the highest level of customer service standards to internal and external customers.
• Scan shipment as delivered.
• Ticket and stock merchandise in the stock room or prepare for immediate distribution to the sales floor.
• Provide feedback to supervisor regarding inventory levels and damages.
• Organize stockroom by department and categories and stock merchandise on appropriate shelves or in off-site locations.
• Adjust stocking procedures to ensure aisles and exits are clear.
• Ensure merchandise is stored, ticketed, packaged and logged, and easily located for replenishment.
• Pack and log merchandise as required for customer deliveries.
• Transport merchandise to and from remote stockroom locations and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Stockroom cleanliness and organization; assist on sales floor during peak times.
• Complete tasks listed on daily agenda (store maintenance, lighting, cleaning).
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Minimize loss by following stockroom procedures.
