Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (Pottery Barn) is hiring a Stockroom Associate to receive shipments, maintain inventory records, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor. You will support the sales team by replenishing stock and ensuring accurate tagging and organization.

This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Availability to work full-time with open shifts is expected; benefits include discount, 401(k), health coverage, and wellness

Qualifications

• Love to keep things organized with unmatched attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
• Strong customer service orientation for internal and external customers.
• Able to jump in and help colleagues to complete tasks and maintain stock.
• Willingness to lift and move items up to 75 pounds with proper safety techniques.
• Full-time availability with flexibility to cover peak periods and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor and in stockrooms.
• Scan shipments on delivery and ticket/log merchandise as required.
• Provide feedback to supervisor on inventory levels and damages.
• Keep stockroom clean, organized by department, and safe for movement.
• Assist on the sales floor during peak times and as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to minimize loss.
