Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a warehouse/inventory associate to receive shipments and maintain accurate inventory records. You will stock shelves, assist sales staff by replenishing the floor, and ensure stockrooms and off-site locations are organized and efficient for daily operations.

The role requires attention to detail, customer service orientation, and the ability to lift items up to 75 pounds. Availability to work full-time is expected; part-time options may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift and move items up to 75 pounds with proper technique.
• Strong attention to inventory accuracy and organization.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and maintain inventory records.
• Stock merchandise in stockroom or offsite locations.
• Assist sales team in replenishing sales floor during recovery periods.
• Scan shipments as delivered and log items.
• Organize stockroom by department and category.
