GardaWorld is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support warehouse and inventory operations within a detention facility in Surprise, AZ. You will maintain accountability, organize storage, and ensure accurate records, contributing to efficient, secure operations.

The role requires at least 1 year in warehouse/inventory control, strong organizational skills, and the ability to document activity. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel is expected, with the capacity to pass required screenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in warehouse property management or inventory control within the military, law enforcement, or correctional/detention facility.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to document and track inventory using logs or electronic systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, store, and distribute inventory items within the detention facility.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and logs for all materials.
• Conduct routine counts, reconciliations, audits, and inspections to ensure accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, scanners) safely.
• Coordinate supply requests and distribution with facility departments.
• Maintain cleanliness, storage compliance, and safety in inventory areas.
